When will my order ship?

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, orders will be processed within 2 to 10 business days if item is in stock. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?

We try process your order as soon as possible, however, if you must make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Each piece of jewelry that we send is packaged in an authentic Good Charma bag or box, packaged with love and care by a member of our small dedicated team.

I can't find an item on your website, can you please help?

If there is an item that you can't find on our website that you have seen in specialty stores, advertising or in our social media outlets, please contact us. Do you offer gold versions of your sterling silver jewelry?

Almost any Good Charma piece offered on our website, with a few exceptions, can be custom plated with 22k gold vermeil for an additional fee. Please allow 4-6 weeks for this type of custom order.  Contact us via email or phone us at (917)-886-5852 for assistance.

How do discount codes work?

Good Charma will on occasion offer discount codes for select items.  Discount codes should be entered during step #2 of check out when prompted.  Offers cannot be redeemed for cash, applied to gift cards or combined with other promotions.  Terms of offer are subject to change.
